The guy on the welcoming reception was so kind and helpful; location of the hotel is awesome, has everything needed besides, breakfast is delicious and has the needed different types which are good for a good starting of the day.

Very large room, comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful and always smiled. The hotel interior is old but well-maintained and clean. In general it was quiet and we slept well. Good hot shower.

When we first entered our room we could definitely smell that people had been smoking in there. There was a pretty large bug on the floor in our room. The toilet paper was thin and cheap and we had to keep asking for more instead of them leaving a few extra rolls in the room. During heavy rain the window was leaking some water. The breakfast would be ok for people who eat everything but as vegans we could just have bread with hummus or jam and some fruits.

Cold

Stayed there in December, it was freezing cold, the room heat was off, I asked to be moved to another room, or give me an extra heater, or blanket, or fix the existing heater.. they said: we'll see what we can do.. and no one came back..I was so tired.. and travelling the next day.. but I was freezing cold all night.. with no help from the staff. Very disappointed ?

This hotel really suited me to a tee. I was looking for a quiet, comfortable and affordable hotel outside of the busy Amman city centre and close to the airport. This hotel was perfect for all of this! The staff were very friendly and really helpful, and I was able to check in no problem after my late flight arrived around midnight. Breakfast was nice, as was the delivered food in the evening at a very decent price. The room was quiet and very spacious. It was easy to take a taxi into town, and only cost around 5JOD. It was also only around 15JOD to the airport. The local area has lots of eateries and a good Safeway supermarket a short walk away. I'm very glad I chose this hotel for my visit to Amman.

We lost and cloth and documents in our stay and the hotel workers kept that in safe until we came to pick them up. Not get me wrong, other utilities of the hotel are also great but just for that, they have out best consideration.

Nice people on the Reception

Warm water was not easy to get. The Internet speed was bad ?. Breakfast was not good for me.I didn't have time to complain since I stayed only for hours.

Hot water heater was leaking and no hot water for one day. The door to the room have a big gap at the bottom to the floor. I'm not a tea drinker, they should have a coffee machine that brews single cups of coffee like a Keurig machine or other brand

Location was good..Only reception staffs were good. / average.

Housekeeping was pathetic, until unless call to reception several times no one was there. For getting water bottles need to remind every day... So ended up by purchasing water bottles from local market..in total 13 days stay on call to reception we got 3 days room cleaning. All dirty utensils which cleaned by self specially tea pot from inside..Breakfast : 90% same food for 13 days. On complaints one day they change little bit menu, afterwards again same menu...It was extremely bad experience in terms of facilities.Anyway it's not a blame to anyone but when people travelling to other place / country they deserve at least basic facilities from hotels..

Location

Dirty matters with blood, and dranage, not functional water, stays on the bathroom floor. For cleaning the room, they are charging extra money.

It has a big cleaning problem, the toilet was not clean, the floor, and stains on the bed coversheet. I have called them to change it and they change it. I advise them to give more attention for cleaning .

Clean room, recently renovated, with good bathroom

The breakfast is great, worth paying for staying here. The location is very accessible, you can take a taxi cab easy. The staffs are so friendly and helpful, can attend right away to your concerns. The internet connection is very good, though at first there is a bit problem, but when I told them that the router is not working, right away they fixed it.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.
